Step 2: Complete Google Developer Registration
Sign in with your Google account and complete developer registration ($5.00 one-time fee paid directly to Google).
Step 3: Click "+ Add New Item"
In the top right corner, click + Add new item and drag & drop the sikads-chrome-extension.zip file.
Step 4: Fill Store Listing Metadata
